We often offer same-day service, depending on availability and location. If same-day isn't available, we can usually schedule you for the next business day. We serve customers Monday through Saturday.
What if I decide not to repair it?
No problem. You'll only pay the $79 service call. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the $79 is credited toward the total repair cost.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. After the diagnosis, we'll give you the total cost for parts and labor. No work begins without your approval.
Is my appliance worth repairing?
In many cases, yes. We'll consider the appliance's age, condition, and repair cost and let you know if repairing it makes sense.
What if a part needs to be ordered?
We'll order the part as soon as possible and schedule installation once it arrives.
What does the warranty cover?
Qualifying repairs include a 1-year warranty on the parts we install and our workmanship. Terms and exclusions may apply.
